HT Associates provided architectural and engineering services for the interior fit-out of this Paris Baguette bakery café located along the busy Central Park Avenue commercial corridor in Yonkers. The project involved the renovation of an existing retail space to accommodate the brand’s signature bakery-café concept, including a customer seating area, pastry display counters, beverage preparation stations, and a full service baking and kitchen area.
